1. Roasted Potatoes with Garlic Clove Minced and Parmesan

Ingredients:
- Russet potatoes
- Butter
- Olive oil
- Italian seasoning
- Garlic clove minced
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Red pepper flakes
- Freshly chopped parsley
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 40F. Put generous amount of butter in a casserole dish
- Cut the potatoes in lengthwise in a ½ moon shape
- Put the cut potatoes in a mixing bowl and toss them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Toss in the seasoning, salt, garlic clove minced, black pepper, grated parmesan, and chili flakes
- Now put the spice infused potatoes in the casserole and make sure you scoop out everything from the bowl
- Sprinkle some grated parmesan on top and drizzle some olive oil as well
- Put the casserole in the oven and bake it for 30 minutes. Take it out of the oven and toss it well.
- Sprinkle some more Parmesan and olive oil on the top and bake it for another 25 minutes.
- When you serve the dish drizzle some olive oil on the top
2. Zucchini Chips with Garlic Clove Minced and Parmesan
Ingredients:
- Roundly sliced zucchini
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Bread crumbs
- Parmesan cheese
- Dried oregano
- Garlic clove minced
- Plain yogurt
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 450F
- Take baking sheet and spray them with cooking oil
- In a mixing bowl, add the zucchini slices, salt and pepper, and olive oil. Mix everything together nicely
- In another bowl, mix the bread crumbs, oregano, parmesan cheese, and garlic clove minced
- Take the zucchini slices and dip them in the bread mixture and coat them well on both the sides.
- Place the zucchini slices on the baking sheets and lightly sprinkle olive oil on top of them. Bake for about 10 minutes.
- Rotate the pan to different angle and bake it for another 8-10 minutes until the zucchini are crisp and brown
- Serve the chips with yogurt
3. Shrimp Pasta with Garlic and Tomato Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
- Deveined shrimp
- Crushed red pepper
- Olive oil
- Finely chopped onion
- Garlic clove minced
- Crushed tomatoes
- Water
- basil
- Chicken bouillon
- Oregano
- Heavy cream
- Pasta
Method:
- In a skillet put some olive oil (medium-high heat). Put the shrimp in and cook for each side for one minute until you see the shrimps turn pink.
- Add paprika, red pepper and salt to the shrimp and mix well. Make sure you don’t overcrowd the skillet otherwise the shrimps wouldn’t sear rightly.
- Take the shrimps out of the skillet and to the same skillet put in chopped onion and garlic clove minced and cook over medium high heat until the onion is a reddish color.
- In ¼ cup of boiling water put in crushed tomatoes and chicken bouillon cubes. Add oregano and basil and bring to boil and then let the mix simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Keeping mixing the tomatoes mixture occasion until it is reduced a bit. Season with some more salt and red pepper. Put some heavy cream in and mix well and remove from the heat
- Then add cooked pasta and shrimp to the sauce and combine everything together. Put it back on a low heat if you find necessary.
- Make sure you don’t put the heat on high or boil the sauce; it will affect the texture of the sauce.
4. Lemon Garlic Chicken with sauteed veggies
Ingredients:
- Egg
- Lemon juice
- Garlic clove minced
- Finely chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper
- Breadcrumbs
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Boneless chicken breasts
- Baby potatoes
- Belted butter
- Green beans
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 400F. Grease the baking tray and set them aside
- In a bowl, put some egg, lemon juice, garlic clove minced, parsley, salt, and pepper; whisk everything together.
- Dip the boneless chicken breasts into the egg mixture and allow them to get marinated in the fridge for about 30-60 minutes
- In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese
- Coat the chicken with the breadcrumbs and coat well and put the chicken on the baking sheet and
- Arrange the baby potatoes around the chicken. Mix garlic clove minced and salt and pour the mixture all over the potatoes and mix them evenly
- Bake the chicken and potatoes for about 15 minutes

- Loaf ciabatta bread
- Garlic clove minced
- Fresh parsley

- Preheat the oven 425F. Cut the bread into thick slices but don’t cut the bread all the way through
- Put all the remaining items in the bowl and mix well
- Stuff the mixed filling into the gap of the bread and remember there is no such thing as too much filling.
