Take one cup of wheat flour, one cup of clarified butter called ghee, lesser than one cup of grated jaggery and a half teaspoon of cardamom powder.

Take a pan put ghee and wheat flour in it, and roasts in slow flame continuously stirring it. It will emit a fragrance once the flour is roasted, and also you will feel the lightness and color change. Now add the grated jaggery and mix properly and switch off the gas. Now take a plate pour the cooked content into it and flatten it with a spoon. Give the impression of square or diamond shape when it is warm. After it gets cold take out all the pieces and put in airtight container. This sweet dish is very healthy and nutritious breakfast dish to have. It’s easy to make and very tasty.
