Due care should be taken by pregnant women. Then we have to inhale deeply and have to make our body relaxed during exhaling. We have to remain in this posture for 1-2 minutes. We have to get back to original position after inhaling. The bending is carried out repeatedly from left side to right side. This exercise is required to be repeated 3-5 times from both sides.

The third among the exercises to increase height after 18 is Paschimottanasana. It increases height as back and spine get stretched and strengthened by it. In this asana, we have to sit straight by joining our legs stretching in our front. The spine, head, and neck of our body should be erect. The palms are allowed to be placed on our respective knees. With bending of the head, we have to push our hands and back in such a way that our thumb, index, and middle fingers should touch the toes without bending knees. Then our head is supposed to be touched to our both knees. We have to touch the elbow to the floor by bending the arm. Then, We have to exhale fully and after that, we have to hold our breath and retain the posture for a few seconds. We have to return back to starting position slowly after few seconds. Then, we have to take a normal breath. This asana has to be repeated 3-4 times.

The fourth among the exercises to increase height after 18 is Hastapdasana. It is helpful in stretching back and spine muscles. In this asana, with an erect spine, we have to stand straight. We should position both the legs in such a way that they touch each other. After taking a deep breath, both the hands are placed above our head. The hands should in a straight position.

At the time of exhaling, we have to bend our waist forward and then we have to touch our feet by our hands. The contact should be made between knees and head without bending the knees. We have to remain in this position for few seconds and has to take a normal breath. We should have to return back to starting position at the time of inhaling. We should allow our head to move in the backward direction as much as we can. Then we have to allow the stretching. In this position, we have to hold our breath for some time.
