Take a ¼ teaspoon of dried form and two cups of water in a cooking pan. Boil till the water is one cup sieve and if you want can add one teaspoon of honey, mix properly and drink. It is very effective when you have a headache.

Its consumption can reduce the risk of cholesterol and hardening of arteries and help in enhancing the blood circulation of the body. It also lowers the blood pressure and hypertension which decreases the risk of heart attack.

Combine half spoon of oregano oil with one tablespoon of any base oil of your liking mix properly and use as a massage oil to de-stress and reduce the blood pressure.
